Servo actuators act as one of important components in missile guidance process,and their performances directly determine the dynamic quality of the missile during flight.The loading system is an important hardware in the loop simulation equipment for detecting and studying the performance of servo actuators.Aiming at the requirements for dynamic and static loading test of servo actuator systems,an electric loading control scheme based on linear motor was proposed.The system model,control simulation,design of special control system and loading tests were researched.Firstly,Mathematical models of the loading system and the servo actuator system were set up.And the characteristics of these systems were studied.Based on the coupling relationship between the loading system and the servo actuator system,a complete system model was established.Secondly,the control scheme of the loading system was studied.In order to improve the precision of the loading control,a multi loop control strategy was adopted.The cause of the redundant force and its influence on the performance of the system were analyzed.On the basis of multiple closed loop control,the feedforward compensation algorithm based on the principle of structure invariance was introduced to suppress the redundant force produced during the dynamic loading process.And the simulation and analysis of the above control scheme were carried out based on the MATLAB/Simulink platform.In order to further improve the characteristic of the system and control accuracy,the sliding mode variable structure control was applied to the loading system and the simulation verification was carried out.Finally,the design and development of the control system were carried out.The test platform was built to carry out loading tests.In order to realize the unity of the good control performance and the simple operation of the system,the architecture of the upper and lower computer was adopted.The upper computer was responsible for the design of the human-computer interface based on PC.The lower computer was responsible for the real-time control task of the system.The special control board based on DSP and FPGA was designed.The analysis and design of some hardware and software modules were carried out.The loading test platform was built to carry out all kinds of loading tests.The test results verify the effectiveness of the control scheme in this paper.
