With the increasing competition in the market and the development of automation and computer technology,it is urgent for enterprises to construct a system integrating various production automation equipment and realizing automation and information management.Such a system can not only connect various original independent automation equipment to achieve information control and management,but also optimize enterprise production scheduling and planning,reduce costs and improve competitiveness.In this paper,the AGV-based navigation control system was established for the tube-processing warehouse.The navigation control of the AGV was analyzed by using multi-sensor data fusion method.The number configuration and scheduling strategy of the AGV were analyzed.Then,the system model was established by UML and the system was realized,verifying the effectiveness of these methods.First of all,the research status of AGV,multi-sensor data fusion and navigation control system was analyzed and studied.After analyzing the process flow,system goals and requirements of the warehouse,the overall functional structure and sensor structure of the system were established.Then the navigation methods and processes as well as the multi-sensor data fusion hierarchy and structure were analyzed.Secondly,the optimal number configuration and scheduling strategy of AGV were analyzed by using queuing theory and genetic algorithm.Then the UML modeling process and database mapping method were analyzed,and the system UML model and database were established.Finally,the software of the navigation control system was implemented,including personnel management module,AGV monitoring module,AGV communication module,task scheduling module,material management module,and so on.It was also deployed and tested.
