Runway incursion is always the most serious problem that has plagued the safety and effective operation at the airport.It is particularly urgent to prevent runway incursion by automatic means.In order to improve the airport monitor system,this paper proposes the runway incursion prevention technology that based on multi-sensor sources,which mainly studied the construction of the runway intrusion prevention system,the data fusion of sensors and the forewarning and warning of runway incursion.Firstly,faced with three factors of runway incursion prevention system that includes pilot deviation,operation error and vehicle deviation,this paper confirms the detection and control requirements of the runway intrusion prevention system and proposes the method of automatic system that detects and controls these factors.The overall framework of runway intrusion prevention system is designed,which is controlled by the automatic closed-loop control of runway state lights or vehicle terminal.Then the surveillance way of the vehicle terminal on Beidou and ADS-B is proposed to obtain the status information of aircraft and vehicles,and the acquisition principle of the two ways is analyzed.In order to solve the problem of non-synchronization of multiple data sources,a spatial and temporal fusion algorithm based on multi-data source data is put forward,which transforms the coordinates of data to the local rectangular coordinates with the coordinate transformation algorithm and fuses the synchronization of multi-source data through the improved Lagrange interpolation method based on the Calman filtering algorithm.Based on the construction of airport scene model including airport map,runway state lights and runway intrusion prevention area,an instruction preview algorithm of the reachable marking graph based is proposed that uses the time window to predict three types of deviations that may result from various instruction.What's more,a method named the reconstitution of runway incursion prevention system is proposed that includes surveillance data source,airport map model,Petri-net controller model and runway state lights model.And the control decision algorithm of runway intrusion prevention system is verified.Finally,this paper finishes the construction of runway incursion prevention system consists of information collection module,database module and system function module.The runway intrusion prevention technology studied in this paper is proved through of the case simulation.
