Motion perception is an important process during human's interaction with the external environment.It is a precondition for the pilots to correctly perceive the motion of the aircraft during the flight to make decisions and implement the operation,and also an important guarantee for flight safety.At the same time,the study of human motion perception is of great significance in the field of flight simulator research and development.In this paper,the mechanism of human motion perception in flight environment or flight simulation environment is studied by means of theoretical analysis and modeling and simulation.The features of kinds of motion illusions are analyzed,and the sensory systems that related to motion perception and motion illusion are modeled and simulated.Firstly,this paper analyzes the mechanism of human perception of motion and analyzes in detail the perception and physiology of the visual system,vestibular system and somatosensory system.The mathematical models of the visual system,the vestibular system and the somatosensory system are respectively constructed,and the threshold of motion perception of the vestibular system is analyzed.The illusions during flight is an important inducement of flight accidents and also an important reason why flight simulators are not realistic.This paper analyzes in detail the four kinds of flight illusions such as motion sickness,spatial disorientation,Coriolis illusion and visually induced self-motion,then puts forward the illusion prevention method and disposal strategy and the perception models are used to simulate the motion illusions.The visual-vestibular interactive motion perception model for angular velocity perception and linear velocity perception,the pilot perception and control model,and the human motion perception toolbox are constructed and implemented.The characteristics of each model are analyzed respectively.The model can basically meet the pilot's perception of motion perception modeling simulation requirements.Finally,combined with human motion perception toolbox in this paper,based on the Qt integated development environment,and access to multi-functional flight simulation joystick,develope a real-time and human-aircraft interactive human motion perception system.The system can be used for further study of human motion perception,and can also be used as a simple desktop human-aircraft interaction simulation system.
