With the increase of the weight of modern aircraft,in order to ensure the safety and the passing ability of the aircraft on the ground,the multi-wheel arrangement is adopted most when designing the landing gear.For a wide-body aircraft with a take-off weight of less than 300 tons,the tricycle layout with multiple wheels is usually adopted,and the bogie stabilization system is an important part of the landing gear with multiple wheels.The domestic research on this aspect is still in the primary exploration stage,and the mature technology has not been formed yet.It is necessary to carry out the research on the design technology of the bogie stabilization system of the landing gear with one strut and multiple wheels under the background of our own development of the wide body airliner.A bogie stabilization system is designed for the landing gear with one strut and multiple wheels in this paper,with functions of pitch damping,reducing takeoff distance and positioning bogie angle.First of all,the structure of the system is designed and its three-dimensional digital model is established based on the CATIA modeling platform.Secondly,a hydraulic control system is designed to meet the function of positioning bogie angle,whose model is built under the LMS Imagine.Lab AMESim simulation platform.The simulation results show that the output and input states of the system are well followed,so that the rotation angle of the bogie can be controled according to the driver's input.Finally,the whole aircraft dynamic model with bogie stabilization system is established based on LMS Virtual.Lab Motion simulation platform and landing,taxiing and take-off dynamic simulations are completed.The results show that the performance of aircraft landing is good,bogie stabilization system can absorb part of the landing energy and the proportion in total landing energy decreases as the damping coefficient decreases;when the aircraft is taxiing on the rough runway,bogie stabilization system can provide dynamic damping which can weaken bogie pitch oscillation,and the damping effect declines when the damping coefficient decreases;when the aircraft takes off,the main landing gear length can be effectively increased,so that the taxiing distance is reduced.The design and research of the bogie stabilization system can provide some experience and technical references for the detailed design of the landing gear with one strut and multiple wheels for the wide body aircraft,and lay the foundation for the formation of the technology reserve.
