For the development of new energy vehicle software system,the main target is to improve its reliability,transferability and productivity.Platform-based hierarchical and modular process is the development trend.Based on the concept of hierarchical and modular design and the Automotive Open System Architecture standard,this paper designs the EV drive motor software,and studies the over-modulation technology and the resolver decoding function.This paper analyzes the complexity of traditional automotive electric software and the drawbacks of closed development,and expounds the AUTOSAR standard and its development process.Based on this,it studies the software architecture of EV drive motor control.Starting from the top layer design,this paper divides the software modules and layers,and design the software layers in detail.For the development of application software layer,this paper focuses on over-modulation techniques based on SVPWM and introduce the principle and implementation of three over-modulation algorithms,including single mode,dual mode and improved mode.The simulation models are also built to analyze the influence of over-modulation on current,speed and torque ripple.Although the over-modulation algorithm increase the torque ripple,it can make full use of bus voltage and expand the motor constant power operating range.As for the basic software,the resolver decoding function based on Infineon AURIX chip is studied.Traditional resolver rotor signal need dedicated decoder chip to provide excitation signals and decode.In this paper,the on chip Δ-Σ analog to digital converter(DSADC)can be used to realize the resolver signal decoding function through the design of hardware conditioning circuits and the angle tracking observer,so as to replace the resolver decoder chips and cut down the cost..The designed software is applied into the experiment with Infineon TC275 DSP as the hardware platform.The experiment result show that the control software can realize the motor control function and has good response of speed and torque.The over-modulation technique can maximize the use of bus voltage and broaden the motor speed range.The DSADC can realize the resolver signal decoding function.As a result,the feasibility of the mentioned software architecture is verified and the method is significant to improve the reliability,transferability and efficiency of the motor control system.
