The parametric modeling and optimization of high bypass ratio turbofan engine software is developed in this paper,for to satisfy needs repeated iteration and modification.The results were gained as following:1)The use of VB,Auto CAD,UG,ANSYS,Excel,based on aerodynamic design results,developed the parametric modeling and optimization of high bypass ratio turbofan engine software platform.The parameterized database and parameterized design technology can be used in the software to realize the two dimensional parameterized modeling of the whole engine structure.It takes only 5 minutes.It takes only 1 hours to automatically complete the three-dimensional modeling of the whole engine by using two dimensional parameterized model and the software,far less than manual modeling time.It can easily obtain engine weight,center of mass,moment of inertia,etc.2)Using the parameterized model and database established by the software,the finite element model of the casing can be set up and the load of the casing can loading automatically,and the stiffness checking of the casing can be carried out.3)Using the parameterized model and database established by the software,the finite element model of the wheel can be set up and the load of wheel can loading automatically.The strength check and optimization design of the wheel type are carried out,and the parameters and the parameterized model of the optimal design of the wheel type structure are obtained.It can also automatically establish rotor dynamic finite element mesh model and load equivalent boundary condition,carry out rotor dynamic characteristics analysis and optimization design,and obtain optimized parameters and parameterized models.4)The software platform has been applied in a high bypass turbofan engine,has been recognized by the engineering unit.5)The software platform developed in this paper includes parameterized modeling based on aerodynamic calculation results,including casing stiffness calculation function,the wheel static strength calculation function and structure optimization design,rotor dynamic characteristic calculation and rotor dynamic optimization function.
