Research On Information Security Management Of Civil Aviation East China Air Traffic Management Bureau

The main responsibility of Civil Aviation East China Air Traffic Management Bureau is to ensure the air traffic safety in east China.ECATMB information systems and transport networks carry almost all important civil aviation data,and information security management has become an extremely important part of civil aviation safety and security.The dissertation focuses on the status quo of information security management in Civil Aviation ECATMB,and analyzes the causes of the problem from multi-perspectives,puts forward the design of the information security management system.This dissertation discusses the concept of information security and information security management,focuses on the management standards and the status quo of information security management of Civil Aviation ECATMB,designs the information security management system.The main research methods include literature review studies,comparative studies and field studies.The dissertation briefly explains the concepts of information security and information security management,and compares national standards,international standards and civil aviation industry standards.The dissertation focuses on the problems existing in the information security management of Civil Aviation ECATMB and analyzes the causes from the aspects of organization,personnel management,technical and operation and maintenance.Through the design of the management system,technology system andsupervision audit system,the paper designs the information security system,and put forward the appropriate security strategy.The significance of this paper lies in:First,the paper has some theoretical basis and guiding significance for the research of information security management of Civil Aviation ECATMB.Second,the paper accurately grasps the status of civil aviation information security management and improves it.Third,the paper has some reference to the continuous improvement and effective implementation of the information security management.This dissertation strives to study the characteristics of the civil aviation information service and explore the establishment of the ECATMB safety management standards and standards to form a set of practical information security management system for the civil aviation industry and strive to achieve the goal of the new concept.
