With the continuous development of bridge engineering,the span of bridge is more and more big.The hybrid girder cable-stayed bridge has been widely used by the domestic and foreign bridge designers for its beautiful shape,reasonable force and outstanding span ability,especially in long-span bridges.Hybrid girder cable-stayed bridge structure is complex,should pay more attention to the influence of many factors in the construction,so the control of construction is an integral part,and the research of it also has a strong practical significance.Through in-depth analysis of many factors may occur in the construction of the hybrid girder cable-stayed bridge,has established the construction control system of yuekou Hanjiang Bridge,and introduces the concrete contents of the construction control.Yuekou Hanjiang Bridge method is adopted for the construction of tower and beam synchronous.This paper analyzes the key points in hybrid girder cable-stayed bridge modeling,and then established the finite element analysis model of yuekou Hanjiang Bridge by using the finite element software Midas.By comparing the linear and internal force of completion state in two construction method that are pylon and beam synchronous construction and first pylon than beam construction,to verify the feasibility of synchronous construction of tower beam.Than setting different working conditions of cable tension,by analyzing the displacement of main pylon under different working conditions in Midas model,presents the optimal tension scheme of cable and the control scheme of cable force in tension.The steel box girder cantilever construction is a key part of yuekou Hanjiang Bridge Construction control.This paper introduced two commonly used methods in the steel box girder cantilever assembling,namely zero initial displacement method and tangent initial displacement method,and calculated the line shape of the bridge steel box girder cantilever assembling by using the finite element model of Midas.Finally,the paper analyzed the key factors affecting the construction process of the steel box girder,such as cable force,temperature and wind load.
