With the improvement of people’s living standard,the occupants in the car comfort requirements more and more higher.The level of noise in the car has a great influence on the comfort,and the torsional resonance of the power transmission system is one of the main factors that cause the abnormal noise in the car.In order to control the torsional resonance of power transmission system and satisfy the principle of design change and cost control,the matching optimization of the torsional vibration damper of the friction clutch is more important.A large number of studies have been carried out on the vibration and noise of the transmission system of the clutch torsional vibration damper at home and abroad.However,there are few researches on the clutch torsion damper in multi gear condition.Based on a front rear drive type low roaring noise problem of full load clutch torsion torsional vibration damper in different block position of vehicle interior noise influence rules,through the clutch torsion shock absorber matching optimization,to solve the torsional vibration problem of power transmission system,in order to achieve the purpose of controlling the noise inside the car.This paper takes a front drive car model as the research object,the model of abnormal noise problems caused by torsional resonance transmission system of vehicle.Study on vibration characteristics of torsional vibration damper of friction clutch.To transfer the system natural frequency,the transmission input shaft angle speed fluctuation,angular acceleration,torsion torsional vibration amplitude features to characterize the power transmission system,and characterization of a drive system torsional resonance caused by the car interior noise level.The specific contents are as follows:1.To analyze the torsional excitation of the engine and to establish the dynamic model of the torsional vibration of the power transmission system.AVL software is used to establish the multi gear simulation model of the power transmission system under the full load condition,and the reliability of the model is verified by the experimental calibration model.2 To simulate the forced vibration of the power transmission system,to study the torsional vibration characteristics of the vehicle transmission system,and to analyze the vibration effect of the torsional vibration damper of the friction clutch.3.Through the simulation of powertrain system analysis and study of friction clutch torsional damper torsional stiffness influence on power transmission system natural frequency,critical speed,the transmission input shaft angular velocity fluctuations and torsional vibration amplitude and to investigate the friction clutch effect of torsional damper on the vibration characteristics of a power transmission system,transmission system for analyzing gear influences of the inherent characteristics of the system of the power transmission.4.Control of vehicle internal noise.According to the friction clutch torsional vibration damper of influence on the dynamic characteristics of transmission system,improve the torsional damper torsional stiffness and damping through optimization,improve the interior noise,and the real test of road vehicle noise test and verify the feasibility of vehicle noise control.The analysis shows that the torsional vibration damper can effectively control the torsional vibration of the drive system,and further improve the abnormal noise in the car.It is feasible to control the internal noise of the vehicle based on the optimization of the torsional rigidity of the clutch.Torsional damper damping absorption drive system torsional resonance energy,reducing torsional peak,had no effect on the resonant speed region;when the increase of torsional damper stiffness,the same gear,transmission system natural frequency,torsional vibration amplitude increases,and the value with the gear rise and rise high.
