Study Of The Production Planning And Scheduling System In Hybrid Production Style

This article mostly refers to the Hybrid Production Style.With the growing competition of the world market, more and more enterprises adopt varieties and Small-batch Production mode as the mainly production style. The products of this production style are always multiple with small batch. And has the character of continuous and discretion. At the same time, to survival among the competition, enterprises must improve productivity. They must adopt the Batch Production style as well. So the single production style can not meet the development of the current enterprises. We need to combine the two production styles.This article introduced the conception, development and the main researches in current and in the future job of shop scheduling. Some research methods on the job scheduling are introduced and compared. Basic foundation, process and operations of Genetic Algorithm are stated briefly. And the characteristics and the theoretic are discussed. The characteristics of Hybrid Production Style are studied and its scheduling integration diagram is established. A new scheduling algorithm based on Genetic Algorithm and Heuristic rule is proposed. Compared with another scheduling algorithms proposed by some other people, it is proved that this scheduling algorithm is correct and excellent. And discussed the arithmetic operators of the GA proposed in this article. Theoretically, the best overall situation can be achieved. Finally, an example of scheduling is given. By the result of three scheduling strategies, it is showed that this algorithm can acquire good performance of scheduling.
