| Offshore wind power has been developed rapidly in recent years.Wind turbines,as a large obstacle at sea,has a great impact on the nearby maritime radar,which abstain a sustainable attention.Radar uses electromagnetic wave to detect obstacles and generates radar image for ship pilot determining azimuth and distance,which can help avoid ship collision accident.Therefore,there is a great practical significance to establish the influence model of wind turbine on nearby radar and construct the marine radar image simulation system nearby offshore wind farm for selecting the wind farm location and layout and studying the impact of the wind farm on the maritime radar.The environment and wind turbine loss models are established respectively based on the analysis of the principle of the environmental and wind turbines impact on the radar.Then the marine radar image simulation system are constructed by using the feature-based radar image simulation method and linking the radar working principle.Finally,the radar images of the Donghai Bridge Offshore Wind Farm of are simulated and analyzed.And the simulation images of the simulation system are compared with the measured radar images.The main work of this paper and the research results are as follows:1.On basic of working principle of the radar,this paper analyzes the radar azimuth and distance measuring principle;meanwhile,radar range equation and the radar cross-section(RCS)of radar target detection are deeply researched.Besides,this paper studies the radar target detection and imaging principle and analyzes the basic principle and application of scene of the two classic image simulation method.2.By analyzing the mechanism of environment effect on radar,the environmental propagation loss,multi-path factor model and calculation method are studied.With the wind turbines structure as a starting point,the mechanism of environment effect on radar is analyzed,and the loss calculation method based on diffraction by rectangular screen model is presented.And then,the loss of radar wave and calculating the distribution of radar wave are analyzed,taking Donghai Bridge Offshore Wind Farm in Shanghai as an example.3.This paper constructs an offshore wind farm environment maritime radar image simulation system,and gradually introduces the realization process of simulation system including electronic chart parsing,chart,radar,fan location and ship location data pretreatment such as projection.The maps of RCS,wind turbines loss and environmental loss are generated by using the established environment and wind turbines loss model.In addition,radar images are generating under the setting conditions based on the principle of radar.4.An experiment for collecting radar image nearby offshore wind farm is designed in this paper,which takes Shanghai Donghai Bridge Offshore Wind Farm as the research object to and.Based on the settings of radar,environment parameters and wind turbine parameters,the parameters of simulation system are set and the radar images of corresponding patch are simulated.Finally,this paper analyzes the result of the simulation system by comparing the simulation of radar image with the real measured radar image. |
