With the development of higher education in China,college buildings began to undergo large-scale renewal and expansion,but the experience and feelings of people in the space environment were neglected in the design of college business service space.At present,the business service space of colleges and universities only pays attention to the function of students purchasing goods in space,but lacks the design of good space environment function.In order to better create a space environment of communication and interaction,it is necessary to use new concepts to serve business space of colleges and universities.Design.In the design of interior space,“interaction design” is people-centered.Through the design of the space environment,it pays attention to the experience and feelings of people in the space environment,and promotes the communication and interaction between people,especially in the commercial service space of colleges and universities.The use of the space,through the diversity of spatial forms,the combination of spatial functions,the interesting design of the space environment,to provide more exchange space and facilities for teachers and students,to create a better space environment experience and experience,to promote The interaction between students occurs.Through the investigation of the commercial service space of Wuhan universities,the author finds that the space lacks unique campus culture characteristics,lacks comfortable interaction space and sound rest facilities.First of all,the commercial service space of colleges and universities is not only the space of commodity consumption,but also the space of life service.Its purpose is to meet the needs of teachers and students,and to guide students to actively interact with each other.Therefore,universities under the concept of interaction design The business service space and the type of rest facilities should be diverse,and better promote the communication and interaction between people.Secondly,the commercial service space of colleges and universities needs to create a good space atmosphere.The space environment should conform to the cultural characteristics of colleges and universities and the personality characteristics of college students.As well as aesthetic needs,it gives people a good sense of space and environment experience in terms of vision.Therefore,how to solve the problem of space through interaction design,and better promote the interaction between people,people and space environment is the problem that this paper needs to solve.This paper takes the commercial service space of colleges and universities as the main research object,and uses theoretical analysis,questionnaires and field research methods to analyze and study the consumption behavior of college students and the current situation of the canteen space of Hubei University of Technology.Using the concept of "interaction design" to guide the design of business service space in colleges and universities,and to regard the human and space environment as a unified whole of mutual influence and interaction,and to pay attention to the theoretical basis of experience and feelings of people in the space environment,under the interaction design The design of college business service space proposes four specific countermeasures: creating a stylish space environment,providing more communication and interactive rest facilities,increasing the proportion of special catering and leisure and entertainment space,and creating a better communication and interaction space.Through the above design measures,a business service space integrating functions,fashion and interaction is presented,creating a beautiful and comfortable space environment.
