With the promotion of port scale,modernization and information construction,port handling equipment has gradually developed into large-scale,complex,automated and intelligent.Although the current port equipment is usually equipped with local or remote monitoring system,but the system is not universal enough,monitoring points are not enough,functions are not perfect enough,the use of data is insufficient,failure prediction and expert diagnosis cannot be provided,resulting in uncontrollable maintenance time.It has a great impact on the production and operation of the port.In addition,most of the wharf companies are still using the planned maintenance method to check and maintain crane equipment regularly,which results in waste of time,manpower and material resources.Therefore,more and more port users,especially port group users,hope to develop an intelligent management and control system to provide a reliable and reliable information management platform for port equipment management,improve equipment management level,improve efficiency and reduce costs.In this paper,the general situation,classification and characteristics of port handling equipment are deeply studied and analyzed.Intelligent management and control system of port handling equipment is designed and implemented.The following results are obtained:Based on the concept of CBM,the intelligent management and control system of large-scale port equipment based on CBM architecture is realized.The six-tier architecture is adopted,and the implement action methods and methods of each tier are described and analyzed.Such as data source and data type of data source layer,metadata of data acquisition layer and existing data acquisition mode,data storage layer storage data type,database storage mode,three data mining methods of data mining layer,and four application modules of application layer and presentation layer.A seven-tier structure system conforming to the standards of OSA-CBM,IEEE1451 and IEEE1232 is built.The technology of multi-source heterogeneous data acquisition and multi-source heterogeneous data acquisition for equipment can expand the distributed storage framework,large data mining technology for equipment,application service of intelligent management and control system and multi-dimensional visualization technology,research on cross-platform technology of intelligent management and control system,layered customization service and user rights management are studied and practiced.The intelligent control system has been designed for the Zhenhua Heavy Industry equipment and the design scheme and effect has approved through the explanations of the signal connection and network of the single equipment,the network of the central control system,the system architecture of the cloud,and the monitoring center network and equipment of Zhenhua headquarters.Research on the application of Internet of Things,industrial big data mining technology and machine learning on large-scale port equipment intelligent management and control system will be a useful exploration and practice in this field as well as the theoretical and practical application value.
