The construction level of domestic airports is constantly improving with the rapid development of society,economy,science and technology.The construction scale is constantly expanding,and civil aviation passenger transport operation pressure is increasing,which puts forward new demands and challenges for the development of automatic control of aircraft tractor.Taking the development of large passenger aircraft,test flight and its operation as an opportunity,it is of great significance to deeply study the intelligent aircraft tractor and its automatic control system,so as to adapt it to the development of China’s aviation industry.The function indicators and parameter indicators of the simulation system were determined through the simulation design of aircraft tractor cascade system.The motion mode of traction process was studied by simulation experiments,and a multi-input neural network was established.The image information,attitude information and category information were trained in the operation process,the driving model and traction model were generated for the automatic control of aircraft tractor.Feature detection,water mist model,image segmentation algorithm and image ranging were used to identify the environmental information in the aircraft tractor movement and restrict the attitude of the tractor.The transmission protocol based on 5G data link was designed,the transmission rate and accuracy of control data and video data were verified,cloud analysis and computing of local data was realized.It is suitable for large scale data unloading,multi channel HD video transmission and multiple control instruction verification in the outfield test flight.The results showed that the predetermined function could be realized in the simulation environment with different proportions under the the condition of system function indicators and parameter indicators.The machine learning aircraft tractor could realize the automatic control process,identify and analyze the operating environment and obstacle avoidance.In the use of 5G data link,the data bandwidth was stable,the control instruction interaction delay was low,and the simulation results could meet the real-time control needs in the actual aircraft traction process.
