Application Analysis Of Permeable Asphalt Pavement Based On The "Sponge City" Effect

Permeable asphalt pavement is a new type of urban road pavement,which is an effective way to solve the serious water accumulation on the pavement and the shortage of underground water in the existing cities,and to build a "sponge city".This paper studies the intermittent gradation structure design of permeable asphalt pavement and the combination with road drainage system,so that rainwater can be quickly discharged from the pavement,so as to eliminate serious water accumulation on the pavement,replenish groundwater resources,improve the urban ecosystem and improve traffic safety and comfort.Based on the road reconstruction project of a central city in the Sichuan Basin,this paper studies the material selection,gradation design and performance evaluation in the construction of permeable asphalt pavement.Based on the road reconstruction project of a central city in sichuan basin,this paper studies the material selection,gradation design and performance evaluation of permeable asphalt pavement construction.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Compared with the common pavement design,in the "sponge city" construction of drainage asphalt roadbed material,structural design of contradiction between the structural strength and permeability is indispensable,because of the current domestic drainage asphalt roadbed design method is not perfect,therefore,research on permeability in the construction of "sponge city" the is the most important how to reasonable design of the asphalt.(2)By analogy to the conventional material design of asphalt pavement,the permeability of coarse aggregate in asphalt pavement materials,fine aggregate and asphalt experiment study,at the same time,combining with the highway engineering technical specification requirements of permeability index of asphalt mixture is studied,so as to "sponge city" in the construction of drainage asphalt roadbed design process to provide evidence for the selection of structure combination scheme.(3)Considering porosity of porous asphalt mixture and the optimum asphalt content two issues for asphalt mixture gradation design and performance test,which recommended goals out of drainage asphalt mixture,production mix proportioning,at the same time the test sections in pavement performance evaluation,thus clear permeable asphalt roadbed road performance,for its further research and application of ideas and solutions.
