| With the rapid development of science and technology,buildings develop towards more complete functions and more diversified forms.Spatial structure has the fastest development among many structural types,which reflects the overall level of a country in the field of architectural science and technology.Pipe truss structure is a kind of space structure which develops rapidly.It is different from other structures.The span of pipe truss structure is large,some structures even reach several hundred meters span.In order to meet the requirements of development,pipe truss structure is needed to be more economical and reasonable.The mechanical performance is better.The column foot acts as a whole and foundation of the connecting pipe truss structure and can transfer the upper structural force to the important part of the lower foundation.It is very necessary to analyze and study.Column foot connections are designed to be hinged,rigid,semi-rigid,and in practice Liang Zhu connections are between ideal hinges and complete rigid connections.That is to say,even with rigid connections,the stiffness of the joints is limited.The joint also has certain stiffness,it is very necessary to study the semi-rigid column foot.The steel consumption force displacement and the foundation design of the pipe truss structure will be affected by different supporting forms of column foot.In this paper,STCAD pipe structure design software and seeker foundation design software are used to analyze the influence of column base support form on pipe truss structure and foundation.This paper introduces the process of design and analysis of pipe truss structure by using STCAD software,and analyzes and compares the changes of stress,displacement and steel consumption of pipe truss structure by changing the supporting form of column foot,and then designs the structure foundation of pipe truss structure by using the reaction force of column foot.The influence of the change of support form of column foot on the pipe truss foundation is analyzed from the aspects of force and economic benefit.It provides a reference for the design of the similar pipe truss structure.. |
