Due to its numerous advantages,permanent magnet synchronous motors have been widely used in social life and industrial production.Therefore,we must conduct meticulous research on the control of permanent magnet synchronous motors.Vector control and direct torque control are two well-established control strategies,each with its own advantages in daily life and engineering applications.Nowadays,research on sensorless control strategies is also maturing and it has gradually become a new trend in the development of permanent magnet synchronous motors.This article begins with a brief introduction to the development of permanent magnet synchronous motors,followed by a detailed description of the space vector pulse width modulation method in vector control.Based on the this method,the traditional sliding mode control algorithm and the sliding mode control algorithm in the synchronous rotating coordinate system based on the fundamental wave mathematical model are introduced.;and the above three strategies are simulated in MATLAB/Simulink.The simulation results show that : the traditional sliding mode control algorithm can be compared with the control effect of the SVPWM method in vector control on the motor,and the control effect of the sliding mode control algorithm in the synchronous rotation coordinate system is slightly worse than the former two methods.This article then introduces the Direct Torque Control and its improved algorithm: Direct Torque Control based on sliding mode control.The above two algorithms are simulated in MATLAB/Simulink.The results show that the improved algorithm can improve the speed regulation performance and reduce the torque ripple.This paper studies the control strategy of permanent magnet synchronous motor and completes the simulation platform construction,which provides a solid theoretical foundation for practical application.Finally,based on the simulation,SVPWM method is used to complete the design of the hardware circuit with DSP and FPGA as the core.Afterwards,the design and preparation of the algorithm are completed,and the experimental platform is set up and debugged online.The debugging results show that the system Achieve good control performance.
