Because of its simple layout structure,low energy consumption,high efficiency and strong reliability,Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor(PMSM)is widely used in every control system.In this paper,the PMSM vector control system is taken as the object of study,and the controller and sensorless control method are investigated in depth,and the corresponding experimental verification is carried out.First of all,a model based on a three-phase PMSM in a synchronous rotating coordinate system is developed.The Space Vector Pulse Width Modulation(SVPWM)technology is then introduced,which will optimize the system of PMSM-VC.Secondly,the PMSM controller is improved by using sliding mode controller instead of the traditional PI controller.The controller which was designed and verified on the MATLAB / Simulink simulation platform based on the double-power reaching law.The results show that the control performance of the controller is improved,and the effectiveness and feasibility of the method are verified.And then,for PMSM sensorless control,a sliding mode observer is designed,the arctangent function algorithm is selected,and the appropriate angle compensation is also set.It enhanced the anti-interference ability,robustness of the control system and the accuracy of the system.Finally,the experimental platform of PMSM control based on DSP(TMS320F28335)is built to verify the feasibility of the algorithm in this paper.
