| With the rapid development of technology and the automotive industry,the people’s demands of the automobile economy,safety and comfort becoming higher and higher.The increase of the auxiliary function of the automobile system which led to the increase of the electric unit and the fault diagnosis system of the automobile which becoming more and more complicated.How to completely test the diagnosis of the whole electrical system,improving the accuracy and efficiency of the test is a important problem that the current automotive industry need to study.So,the article was based on the project of a vehicle and put forward a kind of automatic test system which based on HIL(Hardware-In-the-Loop).It can test different car models(the vehicle system is based on the CAN Bus development and diagnosis which developed in accordance with the UDS protocol).The test content included diagnostic protocol services and diagnostic DTC(Diagnostic Trouble Code)policy verification.The main content of study is as follows.Firstly,the article analyzed the diagnostic protocol which includes the diagnosis of communication flow,diagnostic communication timing parameters,diagnostic services,diagnostic fault code definition.The article analyzed the architecture of the diagnosis which was based on the diagnostic protocol,and proposed a development scheme of diagnosis function.The article proposed a design scheme of HIL diagnosis automatic test system which based on the analysis of the HIL test system architecture and principle,and the needs of the diagnostic test.Mostly the article analyzed the use of the VT board and the working principle of the VT System hardware.The VT board can simulate the fault conditions which the DUT required and verify the DTC internal strategy which is consistent with the specification requirements.Building a cabinet for automated testing of diagnosis.The cabinet selected appropriate hardware and then matched reasonable which according to the needs of diagnostic test,to meet the requirements of the diagnosis of automated testing.The article proposed a complete software design scheme.The article researched Several aspects such as the software requirement analysis,the underlying architecture design strategy,configuration information acquisition strategy research,upper design implementation and test case scripts that were based on the LabVIEW,CANoe(CAPL language).Finally,Verifing the diagnosis of the automatic test system.It was verifing the system execution efficiency and accuracy of test which through the service of diagnostic protocol and DTC test and compared with the manual test and automatic test results.The article found that the automated testing not only can simplify the testing process,but also the test accuracy and manual test has a little different.Therefore,the diagnostic automation testing system can meet the needs of automotive diagnostic test. |
