| The development of suspension system is an important link in the development of chassis,and the K&C characteristics of suspension is the key to determine the suspension system performance.In the process of vehicle development,how to optimize the K&C characteristics of the suspension so as to achieve the optimal level of vehicle handling stability and smoothness is an important task for the development of the chassis.The research of this paper is based on a project of a SUV chassis development project.In this paper,the K&C characteristics of the suspension system are studied and optimized according to the performance objectives of the vehicle,the optimization results are finally verified.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The basic theory of suspension K&C characteristics is elaborated and analyzed.The mechanism of production of the key parameters is introduced,the relationship between K&C characteristics and vehicle performance is analyzed in detail,and K&C test method for suspension is introduced,laying the foundation for the modeling and model verification.(2)According to the structure of the vehicle suspension system,hard point coordinates,elastic element and damping element flexible characteristics,the multi-body dynamics model of the vehicle suspension system and the vehicle is established.Based on the suspension K&C bench test and vehicle handling stability test,the model is validated,which makes a preparation for optimization of suspension system characteristics.(3)According to suspension performance parameters,the CarSim vehicle model is established.Isight software was used to optimize the suspension K&C characteristics with CarSim software.Because of the large number of suspension K&C characteristic index,the sensitivity analysis method is adopted in the optimization,and the main characteristics are selected to optimize,and finally the optimized K&C characteristic results are obtained.(4)Based on the optimized K&C characteristics,the hard point coordinates of suspension are optimized.According to the optimized hard point coordinates to rebuild the vehicle model,the optimization results are verified by the vehicle handling stability simulation.Adjustment test sample to carry out the subjective evaluation of the reformed vehicle. |
