As the representative of new technology trends and the core of the modern automated production line,the scaled industry is gradually formed for the industrial robots.Compared to the workers,the industrial robots has the prominent advantages of low cots,high efficiency,good working precision and so on.They are widely used in automobile factory,especially the vehicle body production line.However,it has only been about 2-3 decades since the development of the modern industrial robots.In practical application,there are still many defects,such as difficulty of maintenance and management,high rate of breakdown,some work not being completed and so on.On the one hand,the systematic component of the industrial robots is complex.In the high-tense working environment,low rate of production and operation,qualification rate being low and so on;on the other hand,the function extension and auxiliary equipment of industrial robots are not perfected,which leads to the fact that some of the work is still completed by man force,so there is space for improvement.A combination of industrial robot applications in the automotive equipment factory of welding workshop,the problems and limitations existing in the application of analysis method to explore the use of industrial engineering and modern equipment management theory,through the use of lean management to improve equipment management and related new technologies,to improve the management and maintenance of industrial robot equipment;at the same time extended scheme of robot research,analysis of the application environment,project design and evaluation of the expected effect.Through the analysis of the industrial engineering and modern equipment management based on the theory,find out the main problems in the application of robot in welding production line;secondly,improve the management and maintenance of industrial robot equipment,improve the operating efficiency of the robot equipment;again,the application scheme of robot fixture based on the technology of new equipment.Including the application environment,application process,project and the expected effect etc..The results are analyzed so as to provide some positive instruction for the application of industrial robots in automobile welding production line and other similar manufacturing systems,moreover,some reference will be provided for the improvement of industrial robot and auxiliary equipment as well.
