Firstly,based on the Chinese automotive industry standard QC / T55-1993 "car seat dynamic comfort test method".The static load test and frequency response test of the seat were carried out.The static stiffness,damping and transmission rate curves of the seat were obtained,and the parameters such as the natural frequency and the maximum transmission rate of the seat were calculated.Based on the experimental data,a single-degree-of-freedom dynamic simulation model of seat-body was established.According to the QC/T55-1993 standard,The three kinds of different stimuli excited by sine sweep excitation,white noise excitation and test stand were simulated and analyzed.The transfer function curves of the model under different excitation were obtained and compared with the experimental results.Then,the vibration isolation performance of the seat is evaluated.Consider the limitations of the lumped parameter model(LPM),which can not reflect some of the properties in the model,such as the acceleration of the local position,establish a multi-body system(MBS)model for the seat and sitting body.Using ISO 2631(1997)as the comfort evaluation criterion,the weighted square root value of the model is taken as the quantitative calculation method of comfort,and the dynamic comfort of the model is tested.Finally,the seat-human model is parameterized,and the sensitivity analysis based on DOE is carried out.The sensitivity of each parameter to dynamic comfort is analyzed.The effects of parameters on the dynamic comfort were obtained in different sitting positions,different groups,different seats and different body sizes.The results show that the angle of the calf is more vertical,the thigh is more inclined with respect to the horizontal plane,and the vibration comfort of the human body can be improved by increasing the inclination angle of the backrest.Increased body size,vibration comfort will increase.The increase in the quality of the human body can improve the body's vibration comfort.
