With the boom of innovative startup companies,small space,professional team and automated management have become the mainstream of the office mode in the digital age.Space and detail design of small office together with the acoustical environment have an important impact on labor efficiency.But the open and flexible office space brings more serious noise interference,which affects the efficiency and health of employees to some extent.To solve this problem,the following works are done in this paper:1)Select typical small office cases at home and abroad for depth analysis,and sort out the space and detail design method of small office.It includes the types of functional partitioning,spatial organization,and form construction in the space design,and the principles of interface design and furniture design in the detail design.2)By using the method of geometric acoustics calculation,controlling different office design variables,and making the acoustics simulation,the acoustic parameters under different conditions are obtained including A-weighted Sound Pressure Level(SPL(A)),Reverberation Time(T30)and Speech Transmission Index(STI).The simulation results show that the SPL(A)value decreases gradually and obviously from "free open" type to "partition division" type to "room occupying" type which are three forms of office space defined in this paper.Under different detail conditions,the ceiling and ground materials have important influence on SPL(A)and STI values,while the storage material and the work station with baffle or not have some influence.Although the influence of other details is small,it can not be ignored.T30 value is basically stable with little change.3)Based on the simulation and analysis,try to put forward space and detail design strategies of small office with low noise interference,which can provide technical support for small office design engineering practice.4)Design strategies above are applied in Nanjing ODES Electric Company headquarter interior design project.The innovation of this paper: try to sort out space and detail design elements of small offices,and evaluate the influence of each element on the acoustic environment based on objective acoustics parameters,then put forward basic design strategies of the low noise interference small office.
