As China's urban development is gradually transformed from incremental-expansion to stock-optimization,the Development Zone,as the main battlefield of the incremental-expansion of urbanization in China,has also entered the stage of the adjustment of the development and transformation,and started various operation of development zones,then also achieved a good operation effect in the whole.At the same time,during the period of redevelopment which is the main measures of the “Second Pioneering”or“Third Pioneering”,it also comes out the phenomenon of “Second in-efficency” which was against the idea of sustainable development in the process of urbanization,like the problems caused by demolition of buildings which were constructed at early years,problems caused by disequilibrium of working and dwelling etc.Therefore,guided by the idea of "low-carbon",this thesis studies the redevelopment of the development zone and constructs a low-carbon oriented redevelopment mode.This paper is divided into two parts: theoretical research and empirical research.In the theoretical research part,by summarizing the existing low-carbonization development model and the development zone redevelopment model,we try to build an interactive framework mechanism for the low carbon development of the development zone.Subsequently,this thesis takes the redevelopment model of the development area as the research object,then select Suzhou Industrial Park as an example to conduct an empirical study.Firstly,according to the development basis and development needs of different areas,the section of Suzhou Industrial Park is divided.Then,on the basis of current situation and the different section,the redevelopment mode of Suzhou Industry Park is determined.Secondly,on the basis of quantitative calculation of carbon income,carbon cost and carbon benefit in Suzhou Industrial Park,the characteristics of carbon emission and space carbon benefit are analyzed,and the low carbonization evaluation method for the redevelopment process of the development zone is further constructed.Thirdly,the low carbonization development path of different redevelopment modes in the development zone is analyzed respectively on this basis,and the characteristics of low carbonization development in different redevelopment zones are compared,thus the proper low carbonization redevelopment method of different areas is obtained,and the low-carbon oriented redevelopment model of development zone is constructed.This thesis is divided into seven chapters,the full text structure is as follows:The first chapter is the introduction,which belongs to the research foundation of this thesis.This chapter mainly expounds the research background,the object and the target,and systematically combs the related research at home and abroad,and further clarified the main research methods,the relevant data sources and the technical route of the research.The second chapter is the construction of the framework for low-carbon oriented redevelopment mode of development zones,which belongs to the theoretical research of this thesis.On the basis of the existing low-carbon development framework and the redevelopment mode of the Development Zone,the interactive framework of the redevelopment mode and low-carbon development of the development zone is constructed.The third chapter is about the redevelopment mode of Suzhou Industrial Park.First,the foundation,trend,scale and way of the redevelopment of Suzhou Industrial Park are summarized,and then the redevelopment model of Suzhou Industrial Park is classified according to the development time sequence and the perspective of the relationship between the development zone.The fourth chapter is the calculation of carbon emissions and the calculation of carbon benefit in Suzhou Industrial Park.The calculation range and index system of carbon emission are constructed,and the carbon emissions of industry,construction,transportation and carbon sequestration department are calculated,and the space carbon income,space carbon cost and space carbon benefit are calculated respectively.The fifth chapter is about the characteristics of carbon emissions and spatial carbon benefit in Suzhou Industrial Park.The general situation of carbon emissions in Suzhou Industrial Park,the overall spatial carbon benifit of Suzhou Industrial Park,and the characteristics of spatial carbon benifit in different areas were studied.The sixth chapter is the research on the low-carbon oriented redvelopment mode of Suzhou Industrial Park.This chapter makes quantitative research on the characteristics of different redevelopment modes and different areas in Suzhou Industrial Park,and summarizes the redevelopment mode of low carbon development zones.The seventh chapter is the conclusion of the study.The main conclusions are summarized.
