With the increasing problems of environmental pollution and energy shortage,environmental protection and renewable photovoltaic power generation have gradually attracted people's attention.However,compared to other renewable energy sources,photovoltaic power generation is susceptible to failures due to the influence of the external environment,resulting in a significant drop in output power.In this paper,the factors that affect the output of PV array under local shading are analyzed.A mathematical model to judge the shade degree of the PV module and the reconstruction method of local shadow redistribution are proposed,and the research of the array reconstruction algorithm and the maximum power tracking algorithm is carried out.In the paper,based on the structure and working principle of the photovoltaic cell,a mathematical model of the output characteristic of the photovoltaic cell is set up,and the simulation is carried out by using the Matlab/Simulink software.The SP photovoltaic array is built by the model of a single photovoltaic cell,and the hot spot phenomenon of the PV array under local shadow is analyzed.An array reconstruction method,which is able to not only alleviate the hot spot but also increase the output power of the array,is put forward.Based on the analysis of the output characteristics of the array,a multi-peak optimization maximum power tracking method is proposed,which provides a theoretical basis for the design of the MPPT algorithm.Secondly,a partial shading test scheme is designed,and the voltage,current,and temperature data of each component under shading is acquired.SPSS Modeler software is used to collate and analyze the acquired data,and the weight factors that affect the shading degree of PV modules are determined.The collected data are multiplied by the corresponding weight factor,and the "shading degree" model is established by using the method of calculating the Euclidean distance,and the discrimination of the shade degree of the component is realized.At the same time,the matching degree of the PV modules is classified according to the discriminant results,and the "shading degree" model reconstruction algorithm is given.Then,a "shading degree" model reconstruction algorithm based on neural network is proposed.This algorithm not only improves the accuracy of the discrimination of the shade degree of the component,but also effectively reduces the number of switch adjustment when the component is reconfigured.Based on the output characteristics of the array reconstruction,a multi-peak optimization method is designed on the basis of the traditional perturbation and observation method.Finally,according to the existing test platform and hardware circuit,the SP photovoltaic array is reconstructed under partial shading.The experimental results show that the "shading degree" model reconstruction algorithm is feasible for improving the output power of the photovoltaic array.
