| Because of their good ductility,pressure resistance,and plasticity,steel materials have been widely used,such as buildings,rails,and ships.These use scenarios are closely related to people’s production and life,making the safety of using iron materials closely linked with people’s life and property.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the stress detection of steel materials.This paper designs a new type of stress detection system based on the principle of magneto-elasticity effect to achieve non-destructive testing of stress.Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign stress detection methods,this paper studied the principle of stress detection based on the magneto-elastic effect,and analyzed the relationship between the magnetization process of ferromagnetic materials and the influence of stress on the process.The stress sensor structure and excitation coil were designed and calculated.Taking STM32 microprocessor as the core,the excitation circuit and data acquisition hardware platform for stress sensing were designed and fabricated,mainly including digital-to-analog conversion circuit,signal transfer circuit,excitation current amplification circuit,inductive voltage amplification circuit and analog-to-digital conversion circuit and so on.The OK210 embedded hardware platform was cut as a human-computer interaction hardware platform.The control software was designed for the excitation and data acquisition hardware platform,which realized the triangular wave excitation signal generation,the acquisition of induced voltage,and the serial communication with human-computer interaction platform.On the human-computer interaction platform,a Qt development and operation software platform based on the Linux system was set up,human-computer interaction application software was developed,and the parameter setting of stress detection,control buttons of the detection process,visualization of collected data were realized.Calculation and processing,storage,data extraction,stress calibration and calculation were also realized.Finally,using the experimental prototype of the stress detection system developed based on the magneto-elastic effect,the stress calibration test was performed on the 45# steel specimen.The experiment verified the feasibility of the stress detection method based on the magneto-elastic effect.At the same time,the software and hardware system designed in this paper was verified. |
