Power system GIS equipment is one of the most important equipment in the new substation.Its installation quality is related to the safe and stable operation of the power grid.As a key factor of installation quality,the installation project management of power system GIS equipment is particularly important.After more than 30 years of Engineering practice,the management of GIS installation projects at home and abroad has been continuously developed and improved,and a hundred schools of thought contend,and a hundred schools of thought are in full swing.Whether the evaluation method of power system GIS equipment installation project management is scientific and reasonable plays an important role in evaluating and improving the quality of GIS installation and engineering management level.To evaluate the management level of power system GIS equipment installation project,most of the indexes are qualitative indexes in practice,especially when evaluating the indexes of construction unit installation project management.Therefore,there are many subjective components,which make it difficult to guarantee the fairness,fairness and scientificity of the evaluation work.The purpose of this paper is to explore and study the establishment of a set of GIS equipment installation project management evaluation system for power system,scientifically and rationally quantify the evaluation index,comprehensively analyze the quality of project management and installation through each index,reduce individual subjective factors,and ensure the fairness of evaluation work.Impartiality promotes the improvement of GIS installation quality and management level of power system.The main work of this paper is as follows: By consulting the research results at home and abroad and combining with the actual situation of GIS equipment installation project,the technical route of establishing the fuzzy grey comprehensive quantitative evaluation model is determined;the process flow and management points of GIS equipment installation project management in power system are sorted out,and the evaluation index is summarized;the application level.Analytical method,fuzzy mathematics and grey relational analysis method are used to determine the quantitative evaluation index and establish the quantitative evaluation system;the specific calculation process is introduced through the actual installation project of GIS equipment,and the feasibility and reliability of the quantitative evaluation system are demonstrated.
