Due to the reinforced concrete structure has so many advantages of solid,lasting quality is preferably,low cost and so on.It is widespread in the field of construction industry.With the time increasing,from the analysis of the functional requirement,more and more structural functions can not be completed it on time.Lead to failure of the structure early.So the reliability and durability evaluate of reinforced concrete structre has becomed a hot issue.At present,the method of the reliability and durability evaluate of reinforced concrete is relevant standards and specifications.It is based on the method of traditional experience and using the theory of probability and mathematical statistics,combined with the engineering instruments.The method is calculate,experiment andanalyze to single evaluate item,and analyze all the evaluate itesm with authoritative experts,and get the evaluate results finally.The whole process is complicated extremely,and it can't take accout of the relationship between all the influence factors of the whole evaluate item,so there will be a deviation from the result.Therefore,a systematic and scientific method has not been formed for the methods of structural reliability identification and durability evaluate.Therefore,it is of great significance to research it.The text adopts fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,which based on fuzzy mathematics is uesd to evaluate the reliability and durability of reinforced concrete structures.The contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)According to the reliability theory and the structure durability analysis of reinforced concrete structures,the influence factors of reliability of reinforced concrete tructure is divided into four parts:oundation,building envelope,load-bearing structure and structural integrity,and the the factors that affecting the durability of the structure can be divided into two parts:damage of concrete and corrosion of steel bar.(2)According to the AHP method,which based on fuzzy mathematics is uesd to evaluate the reliability and durability of reinforced concrete structures and established the hierarchical model.And to calculate the weight of the various of the influencing factors.And construction that membership funtions and their function images of load-bearing structure of structural reliability influencing factors and durability influencing factors form the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Assessment standards and vector of the evaluation are given for other influencing factors.(3)The sub project of the A building of marine city as an example of Yiyang Ocean City project,combined with the feedback data form the construction company and analysis of expert experiences,to evalucate the structure reliability and durability influencing factors of the A building of marine city,and presented with evaluation factors vectors of influencing factorsare respectively.Combined with the weight vectors of the evalution items and fuzzy compositon,it is results of the structure reliability and the grade of durability are based on the principle of the maximum degree of membership and the proximity principle.And compared with the reliability and durability grade of acrual structure,the result are consistent.It can be proved that the fuzzy comprehensive evalution method based on fuzzy mathematics is feasible for the reliability evaluation and durabilitu evaluation of reinforced concrete structures.And the membership function and their function images of structure can be used as the reference basis for the analysis of the structure in the future.
