With the rapid development of national economy and people's living standards continue to improve,increasing social demand for reliable power supply,with the rapid rise of China's manufacturing industry at the same time,and residential users dependence on electricity and quality requirements also more and more high,the quality of electric power industry service put forward higher requirements.Residents and countries to support wind,solar,photovoltaic and other distributed new energy power generation are connected to the electricity grid,distributed power of the Internet generation uncertainty and randomness,bring more complicated space truss structure and impact of power grids,the power supply is stable and reliable has brought the huge challenge.If the power grid in different regions,different range of power,to the country's security and stability,enterprise production and operation,the residents of different degrees of impact life daily life,etc,so need to be in power after the incident quickly and efficiently through risk assessment and control measures,aiming at its failure,and the possible consequences of a quantitative analysis,based on the complete including containing distributed power distribution network layout and power control analysis,and through the introduction of the corresponding risk control technology,based on the reasonable system of risk assessment,prompted us to in the process of distribution network operation power outage risk to make the quantitative research,for the weak performance of the distributed power distribution network layout etc comprehensive control,ensure the power range to minimize,power control means more cost-effective,as soon as possible to restore power after the happening of blackout,reduce the harm caused by power supply interruption to the user,analyzes the impact of the blackout accident,take appropriate disposal measures to prevent the power cut,failure to make electric power supply can achieve better economic benefits,prompting them to play a greater social benefit at the same time.Between this and the core content of this study is SG area containing distributed power distribution network outage risk assessment,based on the traditional distribution network risk assessment model and method,introduced the island partition technology and Latin hypercube sampling technology,on the risk index of the distribution network research,risk classification,risk identification and risk estimation based on the improved genetic algorithm research the optimization of distribution network power outage risk control method,so as to set up a complete power failure risk evaluation and control system.
