For the past few years,under the influence of economic environment adjustment and slackening global economic growth,thermal power plant electricity market is facing increasingly serious situation.In face of the decreasing unit utilization hours and low load rate,1000 MW ultra supercritical unit often has 30% output problem.Due to long-term single unit operation and market bidding to profit users,enterprise annual power generation has significantly reduced and corporate profitability has declined.Power plants with independent configuration of start/standby power supplies must spend a lot of money each year to purchase electricity from power grid so as to satisfy unit start-up and shutdown,and equipment power consumption requirements after halt.Under the increasing environmental protection pressure,it requires to consume more electricity in the plant.During unit start-stop period,the auxiliary power supply in the plant should be out-purchased from the power grid,which increases enterprise burden.To survive under the situation of increasing requirements for energy conservation and emission reduction,enterprises should take various measures to reduce corporate cost consumption and improve corporate overall efficiency.Firstly,this paper analyzes the factors influencing out-purchased electricity and conducts out-purchased electricity cost analysis,and then carries out cross section analysis on electric equipment and power system,and proposes electrical power generating system optimization scheme and equipment operation optimization scheme.Finally,the paper proposes an out-purchased electricity reduction analysis model,adopts flexible load equipment operation mode,and flexible application of out-purchased electricity access by combining with the actual situation of the regional power supply of Hezhou Power Plant,obtains the feasible countermeasures to reduce out-purchased electricity..According to actual application results,flexibility optimization application of the equipment and out-purchased electricity wiring methods and optimization of operation mode can achieve the goal of reducing the purchase of electricity,which has reference significance for peer enterprises' infrastructure and transformation.It can also help enterprises to achieve energy conservation and efficiency enhancement under the increasing environmental protection pressure,improve enterprise competitiveness and realize better development,and provide reference and assistance for other engineering construction and technological transformation.
