Studies On Planning For The Construction Of Economical Ecocampus In Chinese Colleges And Universities

Building low carbon and economical campus is put forwar-d under the background of low carbon society.Nowadays,with the emergence of a serious of problems caused by global warming,the whole world calls for low carbon society which in turn calls for economical campus.The construction of low carbon campus aiming to achieve sustainable development should be carried out under the guidance of such policies as reasonable planning,resources conservation,efficiency improvement,income increase and expenditure reduce and etc.Ecomomical campus construction is a complex systematic engineering which involves various aspects.Based on the relevant researches on economical campus construction both at home and abroad,the paper,taking Fujian Agriculture and Forest University as an example,discusses long-term managements and operation mechanisms in an ecocampus,and at the same time puts forward some reasonable suggestions about economical campus construction,ranging from "three wastes" planning,energy saving and emission reduction measures,energy conservation supervision systems,to management measures.Environment ecology,landscape ecology,ecology management and other disciplines are applied comprehensively in this paper.The paper aims to provide some theoretical and practical guidance to the constructuon of economical campus at colleges and universities and it is also hoped that the evaluation model of economical campus can serve as a theoretical basis for the comprehensive measurement of economical campus.
