Research On Central Air Conditioning Remote Centralized Control System Based On WIFI

At present,most central air-conditioning systems are mainly controlled as one-to-one.When people leaving the room,they cannot monitor the operation status of the air conditioner,nor can they control the air conditioner.And when air conditioner failure,only the user can see it,however users are not professional,the after-sales personnel or technicians can only know through the user.The description of the fault content from users make it difficult to quickly solve the actual problem,which is obviously not conducive to the centralized intelligent monitoring of the system and reduce the energy consumption of the system.With the continuous development of WIFI technology,embedded technology and mobile phones,research on a new type of intelligent air conditioner has become the most urgently needed project.This paper designs a central air conditioning intelligent centralized control system based on WIFI.The paper introduces the implementation plan of the whole project,the design of WIFI centralized controller hardware and software,the development of server and the application examples of APP.The hardware of WIFI controller mainly includes selection of WIFI module,selection of RS485 chip and circuit design,design of connection mode,power circuit,button circuit,LED circuit and power conversion circuit design.The software includes WIFI module and RS485 of air conditioner communication program design,data processing of WIFI module and air conditioner program,WIFI module and server communication program design,WIFI module and server communication receiving and sending program data processing program design,button program detection and processing program,LED display program,connection and configuration program design between WIFI module and router.The server hardware is Alibaba Cloud which leased in according to user characteristics,and leases different servers in local and abroad;the software part includes communication program design of server and APP,communication program design between server and WIFI smart box,server data processing,storage and provisioning Query service.APP are mainly designed for Android,Apple and computer system.The software design mainly includes UI design,data transmission and receiving program design of mobile terminal and server of different operating systems,and connection design between WIFI control box and router.This design has been tested in the laboratory for a long time,and we have got test data waveforms.The accuracy of uploading data by each WIFI intelligent controller is observed through SecureCRT.At present,there is a long-running system in the company showroom for customers to visit and use.
