Energy consuming of the central air conditioner took up 50% of that of the architecture. In the contemporary society which lacks energy, it has been an urgent issue to lower the energy consuming of the central air conditioner. The central air-conditioning of geothermal-energy source system makes use of energy stored by the soil. Compared with the traditional central air conditioner, it saved more energy and was environmental friendly. However, because the indoor temperature was conditioned by hand, it could not reach a more efficient air saving and control effect. Thus, intelligent control technology was applied to reach a better effect.The paper analysed the constitute of the geothermal-energy source central air conditioning, completed the integral application scheme of its intelligent control system and the application of the hardware system. Visual Basic 6.0 was emlpoyed to complete the hand control, experience control and the software design of the expert control. It completed the communication, data collection, the management of human-machine interface and process-ing record and the other functions. the single microprocessor completed the collection of temperature data, communication and the executive euipment control. All the above were tested in the experiment simulation platform.
