With the continuous development of market economy,electric power engineering construction project bidding and tendering in China competition is increasingly fierce,the construction project undertake contract price continuously decrease,the electric power construction enterprises are faced with great challenges,So,project cost control is vital to the survival and development of enterprises.Material procurement costs account for the total cost of the project 60%-70%,related to the long-term development of the electric power construction enterprises.However,the construction enterprise management is more extensive,selection of engineering materials purchasing mode can not meet the requirements of engineering construction well,also can not save purchasing cost.Very good.Therefore,the power construction enterprises need to select the appropriate purchasing mode for the construction materials to meet the requirements of construction progress,and improve the quality and efficiency to reduce the purchase risk.G Electric power construction enterprise have power engineering construction general contracting qualifications,to undertake various types of coal,gas,fuel units,garbage power plant,wind power station,nuclear power station and BOP station,and all kinds of voltage grade of substations and other engineering construction general contracting.G enterprise has many construction sites and the material purchase is similar.The purchasing mode has evolved from decentralized purchasing mode,into a hybrid purchasing mode,which is based on the headquarters material department as the core and the project materials department is auxiliary.Based on the theory of bidding and purchasing,combined with the current development of power engineering market,this thesis analyzes the traditional purchasing mode and existing problems of domestic power construction enterprises.The G electric power construction enterprise as an example,combining with the enterprise project status,project procurement management features and the current lack of mixed purchasing mode,through the analysis to find out the restriction of the mode of enterprise,and its optimization is proposed to the optimization of the electric power construction enterprises of the electronic bidding system model IMP.IMP electronic bidding system model can realize the hierarchical procurement management,meet the progress of the project,at the same time,enterprises can improve the procurement efficiency and can realize the real-time control of purchasing cost,lowering the efficiency,maximize the efficiency of enterprises.At the same time,It is hoped that the analysis and optimization of the purchasing modeof the electric power construction enterprise in this thesis can be used for reference to similar large-scale power construction enterprises in the procurement management of engineering materials.
