The import of Liquefied natural gas(LNG)growth has a rapidly increases in the demand for energy in China.The loss of cold energy causes energy waste in the use of LNG.The aim is to transfer the cold energy released by LNG from seawater to products available on land.Analysising and comparing of the survey results,the cold energy cascade utilization scheme is confirmed with better feasibility.The paper offeres a new proposal for integrated energy security system process development of LNG terminal.A set of cold energy of LNG receiving terminal is designed for power generation and ice making technology.Recovery of waste heat by cogeneration to enhance ship unloading BOG recovery.The proposal improve the coordination between the LNG receiving station and the cold energy utilization projects,and complete seamless connection.Furtherly,the security of the main business of LNG receiving station attracts more perfect.The comprehensive energy port area project includes BOG treatment,cogeneration,LNG cold energy cascade utilization and power supply directly.The project is designed and completed to produce 3,000 tons/day of ice,with an investment of 75 million RMB,covering an area of about 50,000 square meters.The cold power generation project products 4MW-scale with an investment of 100 million RMB.The 600 tons/day air separation projects invest about 170 million RMB.The 55 MW-scale cogeneration project products steam about100 tons/hour and invest about 350 million RMB.The paper provides guidance for the construction and operation of the green LNG receiving station.It is important to promote the development of distributed energy in China.The LNG receiving station will be energy independent by taking a full advantage of cold energy.And the dependence on external energy and environment will reduce.The security of electric energy will be also obviously improved.
