The car DCT electronic shifter is actually an actuator that delivers the driver’s intent.The internal control unit of the gear shifter is communicated with the DCT transmission control unit(TCU)through the CAN bus,and the corresponding gear is transmitted to the transmission controller.The shift signal of the DCT shift gear is an electronic signal,which is realized by Holzer induction,so we also call it an electronic shifter.The utility model avoids the problems of poor traditional shift precision and low durability.The main structure of the converter and electrical control system are studied in this paper.Structure,abandoned the design of the traditional one-way solenoid valve defects,the use of the more advanced two-way solenoid valve design.In the aspect of electronic control,a non-contact position detection scheme is proposed.The linear Holzer and rotation angle Holzer are adopted to avoid the discontinuity of the traditional Holzer switching signal.The transmission signal is transmitted through the CAN bus to avoid the problems of traditional signal wiring and poor reliability.At the same time,the UDS diagnostic function is developed to improve the intelligence and interaction of the gear shifter.In order to conveniently read the internal data of the shift module and to control the internal function of the module,the factory mode operation is introduced.Finally,a prototype is built,and a complete test system is built with Value CAN3 testing tool to verify the rationality of controller function.In the debugging process,the position of the actuator is also studied,that is,the position calibration is carried out through the UDS service.
