Electronic gear shifter is the core component of automobile transmission system,and its excellent performance has a profound impact on driving safety and driving experience.In this paper,an electronic gear shifter produced by the cooperative unit is taken as the research object,and the purpose is to develop an electronic gear shifter detection platform with high degree of automation in the detection process,safety and reliability,and reliable results.Fault risk assessment is an effective way to find the product defects and design weaknesses.Based on the traditional analysis method and the test data,this paper proposes an improved method and verifies it.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Analyze the working mode and shift principle of the electronic gear shifter,summarize the detection indicators and elaborate the detection methods of each indicator in combination with the needs of enterprises and industry standards.Then,the overall design plan of the testbed is carried out from three aspects of structure,hardware and software development,and the specific functional modules and development process are divided.Finally,the overall method of gear shift failure risk assessment based on improved failure mode and effect analysis(FMEA)is discussed.(2)According to the structural modeling characteristics of the electronic shifter and the modeling of the shift process and shift logic,the structure of the test bench is designed.Then,based on the structure design and shift process,the motion control system scheme of the detection platform is established,and the key components are selected and calculated.The data flow of the test station is divided into the external sensor network and the internal product information flow based on the electronic shifter,and the corresponding communication mode and data acquisition process are described respectively.(3)Based on the structure design and hardware system,combined with the functional requirements of the detection platform,this paper discusses the solution and specific implementation process of serial communication,message sending and receiving,data management,result visualization and other modules in the detection software development.(4)Based on the detection index,the electronic shifter is placed on the detection platform to accept the detection,and the realization of each functional module is verified.Aiming at the credibility of the test results,the mathematical model of measurement system analysis(MSA)of the test system is established,and the credibility of the test results is verified by taking the first-order shift force as an example.(5)Aiming at the shortcomings of conventional FMEA,a fault risk assessment method based on fuzzy set and TOPSIS theory is proposed to assess the fault mode risk of electronic gearshift,which provides data support for product iterative upgrading.
