Threaded cartridge valve has a series of characteristics,such as convenient processing and disassembly,compact structure,strong interchangeability and convenient for mass production.It is an important development direction of hydraulic control technology and has broad development prospects.2D cartridge valve is particularly vital because of a series of advantages of the cartridge valve and the 2D valve,and has high application value in the field of aerospace and military industry.A new type of cartridge two dimensional(2D)servo valve is designed in this paper.It drives the movement of the valve core directly and controls the output flow by controlling the deflection angle of the torque motor,and it realizes the closed loop control by detecting the displacement of the valve core by LVDT.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)Structural design of cartridge two dimensional(2D)servo valve.According to the design requirements,the overall structure of the cartridge two dimensional(2D)servo valve is determined,and the working principle of the cartridge two dimensional(2D)servo valve is introduced in detail.The structural design of the valve body module,the electromechanical converter module,and the position sensor module is completed by Solidworks.The structural design of the valve body module is the key.(2)Design calculation and check of key components.Calculate the size of the valve core,the opening amount and the maximum hydraulic driving force,simulate the compression strength of the valve sleeve,check the strength of the pin and screw connection,select and design the seal ring,calculate the internal leakage,and static structure simulation of spring.(3)Structural optimization design and flow field simulation of the return flow passage of valve sleeve.Two kinds of return flow channels of valve sleeve are designed,and numerical simulation is carried out on the flow channel with Fluent.The flow characteristic curve?the pressure-flow characteristic curve and flow resistance coefficient under the different opening degree of valve and different pressure difference of import and export of the two flow channels are compared and analyzed,and the pressure distribution and velocity vector diagrams in the flow channel are analyzed simply.(4)Experimental study on cartridge two dimensional(2D)servo valve.In order to verify the accuracy of the aforementioned flow field simulation,an experimental platform is built to study the pressure flow characteristics and flow resistance coefficients of the two flow channels.The results show that the fan-shaped flow channel has smaller flow resistance,larger flow capacity,and is more conducive to fluid flow compared to the circular flow channel,and the flow resistance coefficient is the nature of the flow channel and has nothing to do with the external conditions.The system pressure is 10 MPa,the servo valve hysteresis is 1.7%,linear is 5%,bandwidth(-3dB)is 90 Hz,bandwidth(-90°)is 95 Hz,basically meet the design requirements.Cartridge two dimension(2D)servo valve has strong anti-pollution ability,high reliability and obvious power-weight ratio,the static and dynamic characteristics of the indicators meet aerospace requirements for servo valve,therefore it has broad application prospects in the fields of aerospace and military.This valve is currently used in fuel supply system of aero engine.
