Since the development of high-speed on-off valves in the 1980 s,more and more attention has been paid by developed countries and a large amount of funds have been invested in related research.Therefore,countries have also made outstanding achievements in the research of high-speed on-off valves,which have now developed into Mature hydraulic technology has been widely used in important fields such as modern aerospace,automotive fuel injection systems,and ships.Compared with domestic and foreign hydraulic components,the domestic servo screw mechanism used by Professor Ruan Jian 's team is unique in its hydraulic valve.The valve core is driven by a hydraulically amplified two-stage drive.The main realization principle is that the valve body has a sensitive cavity and a Low pressure hole and sensing channel,the sensitive cavity and the working cavity are kept under equal pressure.The sensing channel is connected to the sensitive cavity and the working cavity through high and low pressure holes.When the valve core is driven by external force,the communication area between the high and low pressure hole and the sensing channel is changed.The pressure in the sensitive and working chambers is not equal and axial movement occurs.It has the advantages of small size,large flow,and strong anti-pollution ability.This paper is based on the principle of servo mechanism,and the miniaturization of the valve body is the research object.It summarizes the technical characteristics and development status of the two-dimensional electromagnetic on-off valve in the past.Two plug-in small 2D electromagnetic on-off valves are designed and two schemes are implemented.The following points were studied.(1)Two types of on-board two-dimensional(2D)electro-hydraulic directional valves were designed according to the corresponding technical requirements,and two design schemes of electro-hydraulic directional valves with different working principles were proposed,and the valve body structure and electrical Structural design of modules such as mechanical converters.(2)One of them innovatively uses a six-tooth rotary electromagnet structure on the electro-mechanical converter.The six-tooth rotary electromagnet is integrated inside the valve body;the other is based on the first one for the second time.Innovation,mainly adding a zero adjustment mechanism and a spring plate reset mechanism,and established a theoretical model of two 2D electromagnetic on-off valves.The working air gap,number of teeth angles,and non-operating gas of the rotating electromagnet were established by the finite element electromagnetic analysis software Maxwell.Gap and other structural parameters were modified,and electromagnets with good dynamic and static characteristics and large torque forces were obtained.(3)Check and calculate the important structure and components of the plug-in two-dimensional(2D)solenoid switch valve,such as the valve core pressure strength,valve opening,valve core driving force,return spring,and zero adjustment mechanism.(4)A corresponding experimental scheme is designed for the working principle of the small-sized two-dimensional(2D)solenoid on-off valve,and the output characteristics and step response characteristics of the solenoid are experimentally studied.
