| The traditional piston pump is difficult to combine with high efficiency,high energy and high reliability,some technical difficulties in hydraulic pumps can not be broken for long.when water is used as a working medium.Water hydraulic transmission technology has become an important direction of the development of hydraulic technology for its advantages of low cost,low pollution and safety.The hydraulic pump is an important component in the hydraulic system,which using water as the working medium has very important scientific research value and broad application prospect.In this paper,a two-dimensional(2D)piston water hydraulic pump is designed and theoretically studied.The main research work and results are as follows:(1)A two-dimensional piston water hydraulic pump experimental device is designed to study the working mechanism of the new structure of water hydraulic pump.The structure principle of a two dimensional piston water hydraulic pump with cam drive is analyzed and the key parts are designed and calculated.The 3D modeling is completed by SolidWorks software,and its mechanical properties are analyzed.The deformation and wear of the cam is analyzed by the simulation of the workbench software.(2)By comparing and analyzing the characteristics of several common cam guideway curves,the curve equal acceleration and equal deceleration is chosen as the motion curve of the piston and its mathematical analysis is given.The design parameters of the pressure angle,radius of curvature are check.And the three-dimensional model of the cam is established by using the coordinate method.(3)The volume efficiency and mechanical efficiency of the 2D piston water hydraulic pump are analyzed.Then,the AMESim software is used to simulate and analyze the flow,pressure and leakage characteristics of the two-dimensional piston water hydraulic pump with zero opening distribution structure under different speeds and different loads.(4)The optimal design of the pump’s distribution structure makes the pump’s flow pulsation and leakage flow smaller,so as to improve its distribution characteristics.The two-dimensional piston water hydraulic pump is simulated by AMESim software,and the pressure,flow and leakage characteristics are analyzed. |
