The 2D proportional pressure valve has many characteristics such as simple structure,high precision and fast response,and it is one of the highlight technologies in the current electro-hydraulic control field.It has an extremely wide application prospect in aerospace and military industry.In this paper,the servo spiral mechanism designed by the 2D proportional pressure valve can realize the rotation and direct movement of the valve core,and it has the function of amplifying power,and the integration of direct and direct control functions.The valve is powered by a dc motor,a mechanical transducer,with low cost and easy control.Specific research contents and results are as follows:1.The structure and principle of a 2D proportional pressure valve was studied and mathematical modeling and theoretical analysis were performed.By using the MATLAB software to carry out the necessary simulation analysis of the mathematical model,the dynamic and static characteristics of the 2D proportional pressure valve are studied,and the theoretical guidance is provided for the design of the control scheme of the 2D proportional pressure valve.2.A theoretical model is established for the electromechanical converter of the 2D proportional pressure valve.Simulink is used to simulate the motor and its double closed loop control system.The analysis is mainly that the phase lag limits the frequency width of the motor and designs the phase compensation algorithm to widen the frequency bandwidth of the motor.Experimental research on dynamic properties,and the results show that the time of the dc motor is about 5ms,and the dynamic characteristics are good.3.The dc motor digital controller is designed with STM32F405 digital signal processor as the main control chip,and the dc motor is driven by the DRV8844 motor drive chip,and the dc motor is precisely controlled by the current position double closed-loop PID control method in the program design.In order to reduce the amplitude attenuation of the high frequency amplitude,the phase compensation chain is added,which greatly improves the frequency response and stability of the dc motor..4.The experimental research platform of 2D proportional pressure valve was built,and the zero leakage,no-load and dynamic characteristics of the valve were tested.In the experiment,the 2D proportional pressure valve is 4.36%,non-linearity is 2.8%,and the zero leak is 5.3 L/min,and it has good static properties.The experimental platform,the 2D proportional servo valve set tested 2D proportional servo valve control level of zero leakage,no-load flow characteristic and dynamic characteristic,through the experiment,the 2D proportional servo valve hysteresis is 4.36%,non-linearity is 2.7%,zero leakage was 5.3 L/min,have good static characteristic;Under the system pressure of 21 MPa,the bandwidth can reach 80 Hz,and the step response time can reach 8.9ms,with good dynamic characteristics..
