The application of concrete-filled steel tube has been widely used in many fields,not only with high bearing capacity,excellent fire resistance and good plasticity,but also simple in construction measures,saving artificial cost,reducing engineering cost and good economic benefit.In recent years,the research direction of many experts and scholars at home and abroad is mostly concentrated on the joints of concrete filled steel tubular columns and square concrete-filled columns,and the research on the joints of concrete-filled steel tubular columns is relatively small.In this paper,the finite element analysis software ANSYS is used to analyze the vertical stiffening rib joints of T shaped concrete filled steel tube columns and H steel beams,and to study the force performance and hysteresis performance of the joint under the load of the beam end as well as the main factors affecting the force performance of the joints and the reasonable size of the vertical stiffeners.The results show: the failure of the vertical stiffener is a plastic hinge which is formed by the section of the steel beam near the end of the vertical stiffener;The vertical stiffener nodes are rigid joints,which have good plasticity and help to improve the yield moment and initial stiffness of joints;The vertical stiffener node has good energy dissipation capacity and excellent ductility;The height and thickness of the vertical stiffeners have a certain influence on the yield bending moment and initial stiffness of the joints;the connection length of the vertical stiffener and the steel beam has great influence on the joint performance;The height and flange thickness of the H steel beam have great influence on the mechanical properties of the joint,and the axial compression ratio of the column has a certain effect on the performance of the joint.Based on the finite element analysis,the reasonable size of the vertical stiffener is determined: the height of the vertical stiffener should be slightly greater than the width of the flange of the steel beam 0.75 times,the thickness should be slightly greater than the thickness of the flange of the steel beam,and the length of the connection with the flange of the steel beam should be slightly larger than the width of the flange of the steel beam.
