Design And Application Of Intelligent Monitoring And Recording System For Parking Violation

With the development of the economy,urban vehicles are increasing.The parking violation on the road has been a big problem in urban traffic,which has a lot of bad influences.How to monitor and record the parking violation timely and accurately is an important means to ensure the safety of the road,to remind the drivers of correct parking behavior and to create a good urban traffic environment.Thus design an intelligent monitoring and recording system for parking violation is urgently required.This paper is on the design and application of intelligent monitoring and recording system for parking violation.Firstly,via consulting the related newest technologies and researches worldwide,this paper introduces the development of Intelligent Monitoring and Recording system for Parking Violation from the background and the development of industry technology in the world.Based on the analysis and comparison of key technologies,the whole system of Intelligent Monitoring and Recording system for Parking Violation is designed.The whole system consists of a front terminal system,a transmission storage subsystem and a monitoring platform system.And the design of each subsystem is also introduced in details.Secondly,through analysis and demonstration,the front end monitor camera of the system all uses 1080P’s infrared high definition spherical camera,and the front end ball machine completes the work such as detection,capture,license plate recognition and data uploading to the center independently.The Gigabit backbone network is built on the Internet.It uses security private network MPLS-VPN to separate from the traditional public network to ensure the safety of data transmission.The storage system uses direct storage of streaming media.The violation data storage server and video storage server select the CVR direct storage scheme based on the IP network architecture.The disk array uses the RAID5+HotSpare root redundancy mechanism to further ensure the integrity of the storage data and the continuous operation of the storage system.Finally,by investigating and testing the system application,it is found that the implementation of Intelligent Monitoring and Recording system for Parking Violation has good social and economic benefits and practical value.
