During the service period,the warship's equipments are impact damaged due to the artillery fire and reef,and the ship's combat effectiveness and vitality are seriously affected.Therefore,in the process of developing a ship equipment,it is necessary to carry out the test of anti impact performance to ensure that it has enough impact resistance.Although the actual ship explosion impact approach is more practical,it costs a lot,not only the test period is long but also the safety cannot be guaranteed.In order to shorten the development cycle and save funds,it is necessary to design a set of impact test beds with excellent performance and easy operation.The hydraulic automatic impact test bed that has been developed in this thesis by using an impact pendulum which sways freely from three angle positions,and then impacts the test-bed which has been fixed with the test pieces,so as to test the impact resistance of the specimen.The hydraulic automatic impact test bed is controlled by an electro-hydraulic proportional control system,the corresponding control strategy has been proposed through the comparative analysis that are based on the established mathematical model and simulation model;Through AMESim & MATLAB/Simulink,the position control precision,automatic impact performance and anti-secondary impact function of the test-bed has been simulated and analyzed.The research contents and related results of this thesis are as follows.1)On the basis of consulting relevant documents and research and analysis,the development,structure characteristics and theoretical analysis methods of various impact test bed all over the world are summarized,and the purpose and main contents of the research are clarified.2)According to the performance index of the military impact test bench,a new hydraulic automatic impact test bed with horizontal automatic impact function and anti-secondary impact resistance has been built,and its core components has been designed and analyzed.3)The electro-hydraulic proportional control system for the hydraulic automatic impact test bench has been designed,the model and technical parameters of the hydraulic components has been determined by analyzing the load characteristics of the system;Based on the established mathematical model of the hydraulic circuit that the hydraulic motor is controlled by an electro-hydraulic proportional valve,the dynamic performance of the hydraulic circuit has been analyzed by MATLAB analysis software;The need for proper control strategies to improve the performance of the hydraulic circuit is clarified.4)The position & speed compound control strategy is proposed to reduce the speed fluctuations during the pendulum motion;The test accuracy of the impact test bed is improved by the strategy which is combined the fuzzy PID control strategy with the position & velocity compound control strategy;On this basis,the position & speed compound fuzzy PID controller has been designed.5)Based on the AMESim/Simulink co-simulation platform,the control strategy,horizontal automatic impact performance and anti-secondary impact function of the hydraulic automatic impact test bed is simulated and analyzed;The results show that the developed hydraulic automatic impact test bed and the position & velocity composite fuzzy PID control strategy can achieve precise position control of the impact pendulum,the rotational speed of the pendulum on stable,the impact performance of the test bed is great,and the anti-secondary impact function works,the test bed meets the requirements of military impact test indicators,and has certain practical value and application prospect.
