Manufacture On Electrical Control System For The Electro-Hydraulic Proportional Test-Bed Of Absorber

With the development of China's railway, our country will enter the time of the high-speed railway in the future. High-speed train demands for high quality of the absorption of the train's vibration. Hydraulic damper is one of the key components of the train's vibration, the capability of which affects the safety and stability of the locomotive in high speed traveling, so we must make sure the reliability and stability of the damper's capability performance.To test the capacity performance and to facilitate the research and development of the damper, the test -bed of absorber appears to be very important. In this thesis, according to the electrical control theory and relative research achievement of the test-bed of absorber home and abroad, we design the electrical control system for test -bed of absorber used in High -speed train. The test accuracy and automatic level of the test -bed of absorber has been improved greatly by the design of the electrical control system.In this thesis, the development of the test-bed absorber and the electro-hydraulic proportional system is introduced, the hydraulic system and computer test-control system of the test-bed absorber are concerned, the plan of the electric control system of the test-bed is analyzed, the design of the electric control box, the system control box and the (L,C,D) system is established, the component, the principle and the main control circuit of electro-hydraulic proportional amplifier are introduced and analyzed, the design of the electric control system is verified by the experiment of the test-bed in different control conditions .The design of the electrical control system for electro-hydraulic proportional test -bed of absorber used in High -speed train improves greatly the capability performance of the teat-bed, in the meantime ,it provides the reference for the further development of the electric control system of the teat-bed.
