Research On Intelligent Process Design Technology Based On MBD

Under the current trend of product digitalization and intellectualization,Model-Based Definition(MBD)technology provides the possibility for the realization of full 3D digital design by integrating product information.Aiming at the deficiency of MBD based digital technology in process design,this paper takes the process design as the foothold,and introduces MBD technology to carry out the research of 3D digital process planning.On this basis,by the integration of knowledge engineering technology to assist process decision-making,a set of intelligent process design scheme based on MBD and knowledge is designed.The main research contents are organized as follows:Firstly,a three dimensional intelligent process design scheme based on MBD is proposed,and the implementation method,technology and process of the scheme are analyzed.Secondly,the definition and management methods of process MBD model are studied.According to the characteristics of the MBD data set and process information,the process information is reclassified,and then the process MBD(Model based Definition)model is built.Combining the information definition form of MBD 3D environment,the process model is expressed in the form of directory tree and annotation,and the hierarchical expression structure is established.The technology of model feature extraction is introduced finally.Thirdly,knowledge modeling technology based on Ontology is reaserch.Ontology technology is introduced for process knowledge expression and definition,and the process ontology knowledge model is designed.After analyzing and comparing the existing ontology construction methods,the ontology construction method of improved skeleton method is put forward,and the improved skeleton method is introduced in detail through the creation of technology ontology.Fourthly,process decision-making system based on MBD model is studied.Based on the framework of expert system,a process decision expert system with the core of ontology knowledge base,rule base and reasoning machine is designed.SWRL(Semantic Web Rule Language)and JESS(Java Expert System Shell)are introduced into the rule base of process decision system and the construction of inference engine.After the analysis of the construction method and process,the reasoning of the process is realized with the ontology knowledge base.Finally,XML technology is introduced to carry out the transmission of MBD model information.Fifthly,the system is developed and realized with CAA(Component Application Architecture)C++ technology,and the detailed process description and function explanation are carried out with the step-shaft as an example.
