With the rapid development of informatization and all-round three-dimensional technology,micro-assembly products have been more and more widely used in electronics,aviation,aerospace,shipbuilding,weapons and other industries.As an important link in the production of micro-assembly products,the micro-assembly process directly determines the production cycle and quality of micro-assembly products.However,the existing microassembly process still has great shortcomings in the direction of digitization and intelligence,which is difficult to meet the needs of multi-variety and variable batch micro-assembly products,and has problems such as long design cycle and low process quality.Aiming at solving the above problems,this paper discusses the process knowledge hidden in the micro-assembly process data,carries out the knowledge-driven micro-assembly three-dimensional process design research,and develops a micro-assembly three-dimensional process rapid design system,which has achieved good results.The main research content and results of the thesis are as follows:(1)This paper analyzes the system requirement,and the system architecture and functional modules are established.Then the data flow and the work flow are introduced,and the key technologies of the system are studied.(2)An ontology model of micro-assembly process knowledge is established.The typical micro-assembly process is analyzed,and the micro-assembly process knowledge ontology is structured from the perspective of knowledge entities,knowledge examples and knowledge,and the process of building process knowledge ontology model of specific products is used as an example to verify.(3)The knowledge mining method of typical micro-assembly process is studied.This paper describes typical process knowledge mining problems and introduces the overall process of micro-assembly process knowledge mining.Then it builds a typical process knowledge mining model,which is divided into two steps: entity fusion model construction and knowledge mining model construction.And the typical process knowledge mining algorithm is studied,including entity fusion algorithm based on affinity propagation clustering and knowledge mining algorithm based on Apriori algorithm.Finally,it takes the typical process knowledge mining process of specific products as an example to verify the effectiveness of the method.(4)The micro-assembly 3D process design and manufacturability analysis technology is studied.The overall process of micro-assembly process design is introduced and the knowledge-driven process design method is studied,including design information preprocessing,process instance recommendation,process description sentence template construction,and process flow generation.On the basis of the complete and ordered list of process instances,the rapid generation method of the process tree is studied,including the structured definition and mapping rules of the process tree nodes,and the rapid generation method of assembly steps.Then this paper analyzes the manufacturability of micro-assembly process,including process temperature inspection and design information inspection.Finally the method is verified by an example of process design of a specific productOn the basis of the above-mentioned theoretical method research,a rapid design system for micro-assembly three-dimensional process was developed,and each functional module in the system was verified by an example model.
