The piezoelectric pump has the advantages of simple structure,easy miniaturization,no electromagnetic pollution,which has a wide application prospect in the fields of medical devices,experimental analysis,precision instruments,MEMS processing and electronic equipment cooling.It has become a hot spot of research by many scholars at home and abroad,which has greatly promoted the development of piezoelectric pump technology and made it mature.The existing valve piezoelectric pump output pressure is larger,but has the disadvantage of valve pump hysteresis;valveless piezoelectric pump avoids the pump valve hysteresis,but the output pressure is small,and has return.Therefore,according to the structure of venous valve,this paper designs a kind of piezoelectric pump with half flexible valve,can not change the other conditions of the pump,only to change the piezoelectric actuator input,you can obtain macro output capacity,and can realize the pump has the valve working state and the valveless working state conversion.In view of this characteristic,it launches the related research.The details of the work are as follows:1.The whole structure of the semi-flexible valve piezoelectric pump is designed,including the design of key parts,the connection between parts,the overall layout and seal of the prototype.2.Based on the theoretical analysis of the semi-flexible valve body,the paper studies the force of the semi-flexible valve in the flow channel,and combined with the theoretical calculation,it is proved that by controlling the input signal of the piezoelectric oscillator,the feasibility of semi-flexible valve piezoelectric pump working state transformation is proved.3.Semi-flexible valve piezoelectric pump to carry out the relevant experimental research.The experiment shows that the semi-flexible valve piezoelectric pump can realize the conversion of two working states.and measured the flow with the frequency curve,within a certain voltage range,the curve is similar to camel single peak change,more than a certain range,the curve presents similar to camel double peak changes,these changes with the number of semi flexible valve groups of changes occurred.Through observation and wet mode simulation,the piezoelectric pump with half flexible valve can induce the change of slope in a certain range.
