Recent years,the bonding layer failure has become an important reason of pavement diseases?The contact adhesive state of surfacing and grassroots is complex.During the period of the summer,larger interlayer stress formed in adhesive layer under the temperature-vehicle load,which easily gave rise to the layer damage.Most of domestic and foreign scholars focused on a single pavement structure.There was little study on bonding performance of different base pavement and enhancement technique research of the steel bridge deck pavement.This paper analyzed the influence of SBS modified asphalt and epoxy asphalt on the bonding properties of different pavement structures.Based on the measured data,ABAQUS finite element software is used to simulate the temperature field and temperature stress of different pavement structures under solar radiation.This paper studied the influence of interface treatment,temperature and material usage for bonding performance and shear performance between pavement structure layer through indoor pulling test and direct shear test.In addition,this paper introduced the infrared thermal detection method to test damage of adhesive layer of steel bridge deck pavement.To study the repairing method of steel bridge deck pavement diseases,the experiment was carried out to explore physical and mechanical properties of repair materials.The results show that:(1)Under the same environmental conditions,the average daily temperature difference of steel deck pavement is larger than that of concrete base pavement,and the highest temperature is higher in the steel deck pavement.Temperature of bonding layer at steel bridge deck pavement is 22? higher than concrete pavement structure.Under the overload of 50% and the braking action,the maximum shear stress of the steel bridge deck pavement structure is about 0.832 MPa,and the maximum shear stress of the concrete pavement pavement structure is 0.197 MPa.(2)Epoxy asphalt has a good performance of adhesion and shear resistance,and the pulling and shear strength both are over 2MPa under normal temperature.It performs well in high temperature condition,which is suitable for the bonding layer of steel bridge deck pavement.SBS modified asphalt has poor bond performance under high temperature,which is not applicable to the bonding layer with poor temperature condition.(3)The new type of water-resistant epoxy resin repair material has good performance of physical and mechanical.Dust and moisture has a little effect on adhesive performance of water-resistant epoxy resin,and damp corroded steel has greater effects on the bonding performance.The results of engineering application show that the combination of the pavement of steel deck pavement perform good,and the delamination develops little after one year.The results show that the water-resistant epoxy resin is in good condition with the pavement and steel plate.
